1. Eligibility

The GunStakes Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except that participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to be eligible to receive any handgun prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Liberty Shooting Range LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Liberty Shooting Range LLC, with its principal place of business at 1056 Gap Newport Pike, Avondale, PA 19311 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period and Cancellation

Each individual Sweepstakes begins on the date a webinar event listing is published on gunstakes.com and ends at the start time of the corresponding webinar broadcast. The live webinar broadcast for each event will be scheduled once all available seats for that event have been sold. The scheduled broadcast date and time will be communicated to all seat holders and free mail-in entrants within forty-eight (48) hours of the final seat being sold.

90-Day Cancellation Policy: If all available seats for a webinar event are not sold within ninety (90) days of the event listing publication date, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, all seat purchasers will receive a full refund of their purchase price. Free mail-in entrants will be notified of the cancellation by email. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, extend the 90-day period or reduce the number of available seats to facilitate the completion of the event.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods carry equal odds of winning.

4a. Paid Entry (Online)

During the Sweepstakes Period for a given webinar event, visit gunstakes.com, select the active webinar event, and purchase one (1) or more seats. Each seat purchased grants the participant one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that webinar event. There is no limit on the number of seats a participant may purchase per webinar event.

4b. Free Entry (Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry)

To enter without purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the exact title of the specific webinar event you wish to enter on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to:

Limit: one (1) free mail-in entry per person, per webinar event. Duplicate free entries from the same person for the same webinar event will be discarded. Mail-in requests must be postmarked before the start time of the corresponding webinar event and received before the start time of the webinar event in order to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen mail-in entries. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each webinar event. Free entries and paid entries have equal odds of winning.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

At the conclusion of each webinar broadcast, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that event. The random selection will be conducted live on camera by Sponsor or its designated representative using a verifiable random selection process. Only the winning seat number will be announced during the broadcast. No participant names will be disclosed publicly.

The winner will be contacted directly by email and/or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of selection. The winner’s status will be listed as “pending” on the Winners page until verification is complete.

Forfeiture: If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Ineligibility: If the selected winner is found to be ineligible to receive the prize, including residing in a jurisdiction where possession of the prize firearm is prohibited or failing a required background check at the FFL dealer, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prizes and Shipping

The prize for each Sweepstakes is the firearm or accessory featured in the corresponding webinar event listing. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is listed on the corresponding webinar event listing page on gunstakes.com.

Shipping: Sponsor will ship the prize at no cost to the winner. Firearm prizes will be shipped to the winner’s designated FFL dealer within forty-eight (48) hours of winner verification. The winner will receive a tracking number once the prize has shipped. Accessory (non-firearm) prizes will be shipped directly to the winner’s mailing address.

All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, beyond any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

8. Firearm Transfer Requirements

Federal law requires that all firearm prizes be transferred to the winner through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Sponsor will coordinate the shipment of any firearm prize to a licensed FFL dealer of the winner’s choosing within the winner’s state of residence. The winner is solely responsible for all FFL transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer, all applicable background check fees, and full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the receipt, possession, transportation, and ownership of firearms in the winner’s jurisdiction. It is the winner’s responsibility to understand and comply with all firearms laws applicable in their state of residence. If the winner fails the required background check or is otherwise unable to legally receive the firearm at the FFL dealer, the firearm will be returned to the Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected as described in Section 6.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. General Conditions

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, the gunstakes.com website, or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if, for any reason, it becomes technically corrupted, unable to be conducted as planned, or otherwise impaired.

11. Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at gunstakes.com/privacy-policy/.

13. Winners List

For a list of winners, visit gunstakes.com/winners/ or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: GunStakes Winners List, 1056 Gap Newport Pike, Avondale, PA 19311. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of the relevant webinar event.

14. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
