By accessing or using gunstakes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a seat, or otherwise use this site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the site is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Sweepstakes Participation

All purchases of seats are entries into the corresponding sweepstakes governed by our Official Rules. By purchasing a seat or submitting a free mail-in entry, you agree to be bound by those Official Rules.

3. Refunds

All seat purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for seats once purchased, with one exception: if a webinar does not take place within 90 days of its seats selling out, or is otherwise cancelled by Sponsor and not rescheduled, full refunds will be issued automatically to all paid seat holders for that webinar.

4. Firearm Eligibility

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership in your jurisdiction. If you win a firearm prize and are not legally eligible to receive it, the prize will be forfeited as described in the Official Rules.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the operation of the site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site; (d) use any automated means to access the site or participate in sweepstakes; (e) impersonate any other person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gunstakes.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and video, is the property of Liberty Shooting Range LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Shooting Range LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
